When I started Complete Marketing Solutions / Wise Owl Promo & Print it was as an ode to my father. He was self-employed his entire life. He taught me that if you work hard you can have anything you want. What I wanted was a way to help take care of my of husband who is a disabled Purple Heart Veteran. So I work hard to make Wise Owl a success each and every day for my family.

Specialty Printing Services:

 

Direct Mail Campaigns:

From the beginning to the end we do all the work and provide proof of mailing when the mail house drops it in the mail boxes.

  1. We help to design the postcard ( if needed )

  2. We help to pick the routes on EDDM (Every door direct mail through the USPS) or we help you narrow down the criteria for a mailing list.

  3. We plan the mailing dates.

  4. We decide the quantity needed and print the postcards

  5. We will store any remaining postcards for up to a year at no cost for future mailings.

  6. Prepare the cards for mailing.

  7. Take the cards either to the mail house for mailing or to the post office for EDDM.

  8. Send proof of mailing once mailed.

Carbonless Forms:

We will help you decide what type of form will work best for your business. How many parts do you need; 2, 3, 4 etc.

What custom requirements do you have; Hole punching, tag cards, full color etc. How fast do you need them? Just to name of few of the questions we will ask.

 

Once everything is determined we will get your forms ordered and delivered as quickly as possible.

Presentation Folders:

We will help you decide what size folder you are wanting.

We will go over paper stocks, the colors for the folders, the pockets, business card slits, and any coatings you may want or need for your folders.

Specialty Business Cards:

It used to be a business card was a business card but now

there are so many choices; different sizes, different stocks, different coatings, different inks etc. So, making your card stand out in a sea of networkers and businesses has become easier just by picking a specialty business card.

 

So we can sit down, decide what you like, touch and feel some different card stocks and talk about what makes sense for your business and your budget.

 

One of my most favorite is a suede with velvet lamination. It just feels so amazing. What do you think you would like?

 

Promotional Products:

If your logo can go on it, we can produce it. We work with over 30,000 suppliers so finding what you are looking for takes time but is not impossible. So, are you looking for bowling ball bobble heads, sumo wrestlers or stress bathtubs? Well you have come to the right place.

 

All you have to do to work with us is let us know what you are interested in and we will do all the work for you. We will need to know who your target audience it, when your event is and what goals are you trying to accomplish with your promotional products. Also knowing what your logo looks like is very important to make sure that the items you want can come in the colors needed.

 

Always keep in mind the more colors you put on a promotional product the more expensive the promotional product becomes!

 

Our Sales process:

  1. We will send you a quote with 4 or 5 items for you to look at and see the pricing.

  2. Then we will add your logo to your favorite top 3 so you get an idea of how it will look.

  3. Once you pick the items that you want to order we will send you a full estimate with shipping and taxes included.

  4. Once you approve the estimate. The setup Charge is paid in advance: Then we will do a full proof for you to approve.

  5. The Invoice will be sent for you to pay and then the order will be sent and there is nothing left for you to do but wait for delivery.

 

Tradeshow Booths (Booth in a Bag)

Do you do a lot of community events? Do you do a lot of outdoor events or indoor events? If your answer is YES than

you want to make sure that your booth setup is solid representation of your image. That it makes you stand out in a good way and doesn’t turn potential customers off.

  7. How far in advance should I start planning for my next event?

Knowing your target audience and supplying promotional items to meet their needs is the best way to get the most out of your money and also to get a longer shelf life for your items. Keep in mind, statistics say that millennials are into fitness. Every time they go and work out if they were to wear your cap or your t-shirt that is great advertising for your company.
